Dogs and Ponies

I'm not a big fan of the LA Times, but this editorial is pretty... ok. Of course, there is the required "blame Bush" rant, but other than that... I've always felt that the TSA was kind of useless when it comes to airport security. My answer.... try a little PROFILING! Little old ladies with knitting needles really aren't typically the terrorist type. Worry about the horse getting away after it's already out of the barn is a rather ridiculous. Now, we're suppose to check almost everything? Excuse me, but aren't there already enough thefts from our luggage without adding our laptops too?
