Feingold - Wrong as Usual

Russ Feingold is spouting off again. Nothing new there. But at least he, and the author of the article should at least make an attempt to get the "facts" straight. Feingold is advising (choke) the President against using the term "Islamic fascists". Feingold decries creation of term 'Islamic fascism' Bush description flawed, insulting, critics say
Sen. Russ Feingold said Monday that President Bush and his administration should stop using the term "Islamic fascism" when describing the fight against al-Qaida, saying it is a flawed description, is "insulting" to Muslims and damages American efforts to make friends in the Muslim world. "Call them whatever you want - monsters, butchers - but the use of the term 'Islamic fascist' puts the name of Islam . . . in an exceptionally negative light," the Wisconsin Democrat said in an interview. "It's insulting and extremely unwise from a tactical and strategic point of view."
Bubba, you can call 'em anything you want, but it might be better to call them what they are....Islamic fascists. If Muslims are insulted, then maybe they take their faith back from these pigs. If they can't see what is being done to their religion, then they are blind. If they do nothing to help stop the "hijacking" of their religion, then they have no right to be offended. If people claiming to be Christians were behaving in such a barbaric manner, there would be such a backlash, there would be no traction, and they would be extremely lonely in their endeavors.
President Bush began using the term this year, and it has been echoed by supporters and officials of the administration. Appearing in Green Bay on Aug. 10 after the announcement of a foiled terror plot in Great Britain, Bush said the arrests were a "stark reminder that this nation is at war with Islamic fascists who will use any means to destroy those of us who love freedom, to hurt our nation."
Someone is NOT paying attention! I heard Rush Limbaugh use the term a LONG time ago, and it's been echoed by many others in the talk radio media, along with Joe Blow on the street. Bush picked it up from US, not the other way around. YEESH! Get the barf bag out, and read the whole thing. It's a head shaker, that's for sure.
