Illegals

Someone explain to me why there are pro-illegals groups protesting. Arizona has a law that Sheriff Joe is enforcing, and some of those groups are getting their knickers in a twist, over an American sheriff enforcing an American law. Is there some logic there somewhere that I'm just not getting? I was listening to Senator Pence talking to Rush's substitute, who's name I can't remember right now... a guy from Detroit. I haven't read his proposal, but from what he was saying, I'm all for his plan. Ellis Centers providing services to those who want to come to the U.S. LEGALLY. How we're going to get all 12 million to adhere to that type of law, I don't know. I do know if they don't comply with our laws, there should be NO door opened for them and jail time might be advisable. Also, a polite but firm request for payment for housing said illegals, and for each nonpayment, 1 million dollars will be deducted from any aid the U.S. sends their home country. The only thing some people seem to understand is the dollar sign, ergo, shrink said dollars. Personally, I support what Sheriff Joe is doing, even if the state or local governments are not actually going to enforce those laws they passed.
