Fidel's Brother

Evidently, Fidel Castro's baby brother, Raul, is the "heir apparent". With Castro's health in question, Raul has taken the reins.
"I am among those who believe that it would be in imperialism's interest to try, with our irreconcilable differences, to normalize relations as much as possible during Fidel's life," Raul said in the interview with state television. Later, he said, "it will be more difficult," implying he would be harder to deal with.
One dictator is worse than another? Yes, I suppose that's true, but an egotistical dictator, is just that...an egotistical dictator, it doesn't matter which Castro is in power! Perhaps the Cubans in Miami should rein in their celebrations until they see just what kind of "leader" brother Raul is going to be. "Will he allow REAL elections", would be my first question.
