Fears Rise Over Volcano

Scientists are worried a full moon could finally spark a violent eruption in a volcano in the Philippines. Thousands of people have been evacuated from around Mount Mayon as it threatened to explode over recent weeks. It is now thought the gravitational pull of a full moon could provide the final push.

I guess I never thought about it, but it does make sense. The gravitational pull of the the moon affects all kinds of things, including women, so why not a volcano!
