14th Amendment

I've read the U.S. Constitution quite a few times. Some of it is very interesting, other parts, are fairly boring. But that's neither here, nor there. The Amendment I read again is the 14th after I came across this article in Agape Press about Roy Moore filing a brief with the "U.S. Supreme Court claiming there is no constitutional right to an abortion". He's right, there isn't. The Roe v Wade ruling is based on a bald face lie. No where in the Constitution does it say anything about the "right to privacy", and it sure doesn't in the 14th Amendment. Now obviously, I'm no scholar, Constitutional or otherwise! But I do have a few grey cells, and I've found, IMHO, what they based this law on is just the opposite of what it actually says: Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. So, what has been done is to DENY "equal protection" to the unborn. Perhaps now, with Roberts and Alito, we can at least bring the barbaric practice of the so called "partial birth abortion" to an end? They call it abortion, I call it murder!
