"Alleged" Arizona Shooters Arrested

For a year now, Phoenix has basically under siege by "terrorists". Someone targeting innocent people to shoot, rape, and general cause terror in the community, in my book, is a terrorist, and should be treated as such. Last night, 2 suspects were arrested. "Two monsters" is what the Mayor of Phoenix calls them. I'm sticking with "terrorists", which to me, is pretty much the same.
