Vanity Fair has Tapes

Tonight while watching Hannity & Colmes, they played taped from 9/11. They had a rather chilling affect on me, as I'm sure they had on others. They mentioned the tapes were posted on VanityFair.com. After playing the tapes, Alan Colmes, one of the few liberals I can tolerate for a short period of time kept badgering the guest, Michael Bonner, to say that the administration lied. To his credit, Bonner managed to keep Colmes at bay, to an extent. It didn't stop Alan from trying though, and I had to change the channel. From the site:
9/11 Live: The NORAD Tapes How did the U.S. Air Force respond on 9/11? Could it have shot down United 93, as conspiracy theorists claim? Obtaining 30 hours of never-before-released tapes from the control room of NORAD's Northeast headquarters, the author reconstructs the chaotic military history of that day—and the Pentagon's apparent attempt to cover it up.
From what I heard, the answer would be no, they didn't shoot down United 93. But I'll listen to it all again, and who knows. We'll all judge for ourselves. This was a scenario no one could have prepared for, so we need to understand things could have been done differently, but they weren't. 20/20 hindsight.
