Feminism Failures

How feminism destroyed real men
Women thought the last victory of equality was to make men more 'sensitive'. The bitter irony, says this male writer in a piece that will infuriate the opposite sex (including his wife Liz Jones), is women don't like wimps after all...
Such a major mistake made by so many women, and the rest of us are suffering for it! This is a rather interesting article, obviously written by a Brit. Even though some of the words are strange, the meaning is quite clear. For the past 30 years, women have been neutering men, and it ain't pretty.
Back in the Nineties, emboldened by the successes of feminism, women sought to slay the dragon of patriarchy by turning men into ridiculous cissies who would cry with them through chick-flicks and then cook up a decent lasagne.
What those "well meaning women fighting for their rights' evidently weren't aware of, women had the majority of the power to begin with, and they screwed it up for everyone else. I never wanted to be a "powerhouse" in business. I know a lot of women who didn't dream those dreams. Our dreams were of husband, hearth, home, kids... the family setting we grew up with, that worked just fine. Unless Old Yellow is getting shot, I do not expect my husband to be grabbing the tissue. I don't think any less of him if he does. I just assume he needs to blow his nose, not that he's crying. I make better lasagna anyway!
Suddenly, women wanted to drive home their newfound equality by moulding men to be more like them.
Heaven forbid! One of me is enough! I do NOT need a male version of me, no way, no how!
Now, over a decade later, women are waking up to the fact that these men are drippy, sexless bores. The feminisation of men hasn't produced the well-rounded uber-males women were hoping for.
Yep, turned the lot of 'em into "Nancys". I LIKE men opening the door for me, lighting my cigarette, and bringing me flowers! That what men are suppose to do. That, and take out the garbage, kill the spiders, and get stuff off the top shelf! We, on the other have the toughest job of all. We're women. We have children, we raise them to the best of our ability. We make sure they don't tip the refrigerator over on themselves. We balance checkbooks and lives. All men have to do is go to work, earn the money to pay for our lifestyle, and love his family. Yes, women can have power in their lives. The power to be themselves. But they shouldn't be surprised when that man they fell in love with originally turns out exactly as she molded him to be.... a WUSS!
