Where will we be on the 10th anniversary of 9/11?

Mark Davis has a great commentary in the Dallas Morning News.
It is one thing to observe the fifth anniversary of 9/11, with all its attendant emotion and analysis. It is quite another to look into the gaping acreage of Ground Zero from 15 stories up as memorial service attendees file into what was once a fiery cauldron of death and despair. I was afforded this opportunity as one of the radio talk show hosts journeying here to broadcast from the place where our lives changed – and our dictionaries. "War on terror." "Homeland Security." "TSA." These terms are also 5 years old this week, and my plan was to conduct a show based on analysis of where we are half a decade down the road from 9/11 and where we seem to be headed. Great idea. Couldn't do it.
Read the whole thing, then try to venture a peek at the future. I'm afraid I can't do it either.
