Female Prisoner Rights?

Say what?
Following that ruling, the American Civil Liberties Union asked the court to make the ruling a class action on behalf of all imprisoned pregnant women in the state.
The ACLU should go back to their original purpose.
"It reaffirms two principles that are pretty important: the rights of prisoners to their constitutional rights while they are incarcerated and the rights of pregnant women to have the choice as to whether they will carry (pregnancy) to term or not," said Tom Blumenthal of St. Louis, one of the lawyers for the ACLU.
I honestly wish someone would point out to me just where in the Constitution of the United States says anything about a "right" to an abortion. I do recall something in the Ten Commandments about murder though.
