My Hide is severely CHAPPED!

So, I had to run a few errands, last stop, Pamida (yes, there is still a Pamida open in WI). While I'm in there, I over hear a conversation between an employee of the pharmacy and an elderly lady in a wheel chair: Employee: We'll be giving the flu shots starting at 2:00. Customer: What do I need to do? Employee: Make sure to bring your Medicare card and a PHOTO ID. You have to have a photo id to get a flu shot, but NOT to vote? Excuse me, but someone please explain to me what is WRONG with this picture??????
