NFRW - Jessica's Law

WHEREAS, The National Federation of Republican Women recognizes that our children are at risk from sex offenders in our communities; WHEREAS, We do not feel the penalties in some of our states are severe enough, and are allowing these predators back into our neighborhoods to repeat their offenses; and WHEREAS, Some states are sponsoring bills which call for more severe penalties, such as life imprisonment, to those over 17 who have sexually assaulted children under 13; RESOLVED, That the National Federation of Republican Women will be an advocate for passing such laws in our respective states for the protection of our children and call upon our state’s parents, families, schools, and communities to assist in their endeavor.

Personally, I'd like to see castration, AND public hangings.
