Rep. Patrick Kennedy

It seems that Rep. Patrick Kennedy is going to be pleading guilty to driving under the influence. This was according to a snippet I saw on CNN a couple of minutes ago. I have to hand it to Kennedy, at least he's stepping up and taking responsibility for his actions, unlike that other Kennedy in D.C.
