Tommy Thompson

So, Tommy has finally decided he won't run against Herb Kohl. And this is suppose to be a surprise? Even though speculation was running high, I had no doubt he wouldn't throw in his hat. He'd only be one of 100 in the Senate, why would he want to give up private life for that? It would be nice to have a conservative to counter Feingold, but IMHO, Tommy Thompson does not fit that bill.
