Frederick Arthur (Fred) Clark

Now this is the kind of obituary I want! :) I've never met Fred, at least I don't think so. I haven't been to Richmond in years, except to drive through last year. But you have to give the person who wrote this credit for making Fred seem like the guy of person you'd like to sit down with to have a beer and a chat. Thanks Joanne.
