Republican Primary

I was talking to Paul Bucher yesterday while he was at the FdL County GOP booth yesterday, and he asked me if I knew anything about the challenger to Jean Hundertmark in primary for Lt. Governor. Now, I admit, I've been gone for a while, but I did try to keep up with goings on in Wisconsin. This was the first I had heard about a challenger. He couldn't remember the guy's name, but was introduced to him while he was filing his papers for the A.G.'s race. I'm extremely curious as to why someone would file papers to run for something AFTER the state party has already endorsed someone else. And, why haven't we heard anything about this guy?
