Daryl Hannah is up a tree!

Another big who cares. Arrests have been made. It seems Ms Hannah doesn't like the idea of a private property owner wanting to build on his own property. Ok, so just because some homeless people are making use of a property owners land, the owner isn't suppose to develop it? He wants to build a warehouse. It's HIS property, he should be able to do what he wants. Let a left wing nutjob enter the picture, and all hell breaks lose. Excuse me, but what business is it of her's if this owner wants to "evict" the "residents", who do not pay rent, from this piece of land.

"This project is fundamental," he said. "It's a safe haven for the community, a place for the elderly to come, and it's an important source of food for many low-income families."

But it's not their land. The owner offered to sell it to the farmers for $16 million, but they couldn't come up with the price. So, if Ms. Hannah is so intent on saving this little farm, why didn't she talk to her RICH Democrat buds and raise the money before the deadline passed? No, instead she's "proving a point" by sitting up in a tree. I guess it's just not right that someone actually own anything in this country any more. I haven't been able to find anything else on this story (I saw it on Studio B with Shepard Smith on Fox News about an hour ago), but I'll keep looking, maybe. :)
